Return and Refund Policy - Nordic Attitude

At Nordic Attitude, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your items within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or washed.

How to return an item

Contact us by email at nordicattitude2@gmail.com to request a return.

Pack the item securely and include your order confirmation or invoice.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are 60 DKK.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nordic Attitude is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A return fee of 60 DKK will be deducted if applicable.
